Policies

Bookings

We are unable to offer booking through email or off site at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellations

We require a TWENTY-FOUR (24) hour cancellation notice on all appointments. All appointments missed without notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

(72-hours cancellation for extension and dread appointments)

Late

If you are unable to make your appointment within FIFTEEN minutes (15) of your scheduled time it may be necessary to reschedule in consideration of our other clients.

Returns

On Mars will happily do a single exchange of any product you are not satisfied with for another of same value. Or if you prefer, we will issue you a product credit of same value for future use.
